Don Emler
Since Don can't be everywhere at one place, mostly because he's busy perfecting his FMF products, he has a whole staff dedicated solely to helping and taking care of all FMF support riders. Don knows what it takes for riders and families to go racing, and the type of help and support they need. That is why he hand picked who he did to work in his rider support department. Don has always believed in helping the grass roots of our sport and since 1973 Don has been at the track helping up and coming riders such as legends Marty Smith, Danny LaPorte , and Marty Moates.

Donnie Emler, Jr.
As Rider Support/Marketing Manager, Donnie Emler Jr. works with all the SX and MX riders along with overseeing Paul Ondas, Mike Kelley and Heather Graham who handle the Amateur MX and Off-road scene. Along with his involvement with the racers, Donnie also makes most of the final decisions concerning clothing designs and special product. He is also active in helping with marketing ad's, promotions, rider information, etc. When Donny is not at the office, you can catch him out at the track supporting the riders or even ON the track tearin' it up! He has also become quite notorious for challenging his vocals with a little karaoke!  Definitely a man with many hats - or should we say helmet's.

Paul Ondas
Mr. Ondas is what we like to refer to Paul as here at FMF, because he has been around longer than most. Paul is a legend in his own right - he eats, drinks and sleeps offroad racing. Paul heads up all event support and is also in charge of the offroad program. Not an easy task considering FMF has almost every dominate rider in the history of offroad racing.  Paul has put over 150K miles on his box van and is still truckin'! Even though he talks about his retirement and playing golf we know Paul will be around for a while longer. So next time you see Mr. Paul Ondas make sure you let him know that he is not retiring anytime soon.

Joel and MaryAnn Thornberry
When you think of FMF you think of exhaust for dirtbikes, but when we think of FMF we think of what makes us up as a very successful company? Meet Joel and MaryAnn, which we are sure many of you have already had the pleasure of doing so. Joel and MaryAnn are FMF's home base on the east coast, living in Florida they have had the chance to meet a lot of great people all around the country. This traveling team does everything from driving the FMF rider support semi to all the major events to working with dealers, and the families that make motocross such a great business to be involved with. We at FMF are very pleased to have them as part of our Rider Support staff and if you haven't had a chance to meet them yet look for the FMF “pipes on wheels” semi at a race near you.
Kyle Dangler
KD 549 is his truckin name on the CB in the dirty south. Kyle Dangler is the newest add to the FMF Racing famous rider support staff and is in charge of much of the east coast support.  You can find Kyle driving our 5 th wheel support rig also known as “Lassie” to east coast events such as GNCC, and major amateur races such as Branson, and Ponca City . KD is no slouch on the bike and actually races many of the events he attends, and has even been on tour throwing some freestyle down. Dirty South Mulisha ?? We are not sure but either way KD 549 is the real deal!
