All returned items must be new, unused, and not mounted or installed on any machine. Products must be in original, resellable condition.

A 10% restocking fee will apply to items returned with damaged packaging that cannot be placed back on the shelf.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase unless prior authorization is granted. Authorized returns beyond this period may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on items that were ordered incorrectly, are no longer wanted, or are being exchanged.

Return Instructions

1. Clearly write RMA (your order number) on the outside of the package.
2. Include a copy of the original invoice.
3. Include a brief explanation for the return or details for an exchange.
4. Ensure all items are in original packaging and in sellable condition.
